Join Amrize's Exshaw, AB Cement Plant as a Journeyman Millwright. Engage in meaningful maintenance projects while focusing on safety and efficiency in a team-oriented environment.
This role entails ensuring all breakdown and planned maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Candidates should have a valid Millwright Journeyman Red Seal ticket and experience with industrial equipment maintenance. This is a 12-month contract position, potentially extendable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct troubleshooting for mechanical issues
• Test and inspect various equipment conditions
• Operate manlifts and overhead cranes safely
• Document daily work in the PPW
• Uphold safety and environmental policies
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in handling large industrial machinery
• Basic computer literacy for reporting
