Experienced IC Layout Engineer

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 2 years of proven experience in full-custom/semi-custom IC layout
• Proficient in debugging DRC, LVS, DFM, EMIR, Antenna, Latchup issues
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools
• Ownership from cell-level to chip-level layout
• Collaborative mindset with a high bar for quality and delivery
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Flexible mindset with the ability to switch tasks seamlessly and adapt to changing priorities
• Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to explore innovative solutions
• Project management and leadership experience is a plus
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• A willingness to learn, challenge, and be challenged
