With over 7 years of HR experience, you will implement strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment and performance management. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary HR contact for office and factory staff
• Build relationships with employees through regular floor presence
• Manage grievances and conflict resolution for staff
• Advise on labor relations and collective agreements
• Oversee recruitment and retention initiatives
Requirements:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience required
