ARC Staff is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Gardener to join our national client in Western Sydney.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering job security, annual leave, personal leave and all the benefits of full-time employment.

Working alongside an experienced Team Leader, you’ll help maintain parks, reserves, open spaces and commercial landscapes across the region.

Duties Include

• Lawn mowing using push and ride-on mowers
• Whipper snipping and edging
• Hedge trimming
• Brush cutting
• General grounds maintenance
• Bush regeneration and vegetation management
• Operating a range of gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Team Leader with daily maintenance schedules
