XTL Transport is expanding its Airdrie team by hiring nine dedicated Class 1 Long-Haul Drivers. With a commitment to safety and inclusivity, drivers will have the chance to grow within the company. The role requires two years of long-haul experience, including one year of U.S. cross-border driving and readiness to travel for multiple days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cross-border and regional loads as needed
• Follow safety protocols consistently for all trips
• Engage in paid training and orientation
• Maintain communication in English at all times
• Ensure no more than five demerits on the driving record
