This full-time, year-round role reports to the Building Maintenance Supervisor and involves essential carpentry duties. You will perform a variety of tasks including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance across Mt Seymour. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience and are comfortable working in all weather conditions and at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry construction
• Maintain and repair buildings to high standards
• Collaborate on preventative maintenance projects
• Conduct daily inspections of water and wastewater systems
• Support maintenance in plumbing, painting, and upkeep
