This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and implement compliance strategies. You'll drive sales, oversee inventory management, and foster a positive work environment focused on customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily store operations and conduct staff scheduling
• Coach and develop retail associates and management
• Monitor compliance with health standards and AGCO regulations
• Analyze sales performance and oversee inventory practices
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions at the local level
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in retail
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proficient in managing KPIs and team output
