Job Description

The Position

:
  • Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee with consistency and care

  • Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders for optimal performance

  • Operate a coffee bar including opening, closing, and cash handling

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers

  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

  • Participate in stock rotation and stocktake when required

    • The Person:

  • Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


  • Australian Citizen (Desirable but not required)

  • Must hold a National Police Check (NPC) within the last 3 months
