Experienced Baker

Position: Qualified Baker (2 Full-Time Positions) Location: Springfield, Queensland, Australia Role Overview: We have two full-time qualified baker positions available at our Springfield bakery. In this role, you will produce a range of freshly baked breads and pastry items to our high quality standards. Youre expected to work with a passion for baking, maintain hygiene standards and help ensure smooth operations of daily bakery production. Key Responsibilities: Mix, measure and bake bread and pastry goods following recipes. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Operate bakery machinery responsibly and efficiently. Work with the team to meet production schedules. Requirements Formal qualification in baking. Previous commercial baking experience is desirable.
