Bakers Delight Rutherford is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our established bakery team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and production efficiency.

  • Weigh and combine flour, yeast, water and other ingredients according to recipes
  • Mix, knead, mature, cut, mould and shape dough for bread and bakery products
  • Produce breads, rolls, buns, artisan loaves and specialty bakery items
  • Operate commercial mixers, dividers, moulders, provers and ovens
  • Monitor fermentation, proving, dough temperature and product consistency
