Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of breads and yeast-based bakery products in accordance with established recipes and daily production schedules. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce doughs and batters. Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, moulders, provers, and ovens. Knead, portion, mould, and shape dough prior to baking. Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
