Bakers Delight Morley is seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Baker to join our busy retail bakery. This role is ideal for a motivated baking professional who is passionate about producing high-quality bread products and enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and yeast-based bakery products in accordance with established recipes and daily production schedules. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce doughs and batters. Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, moulders, provers, and ovens. Knead, portion, mould, and shape dough prior to baking. Monitor fermentation and proofing processes to ensure product consistency and quality. Control oven temperatures and baking times to achieve required baking results. Apply toppings, glazes, and finishes to baked goods as required.
