Key Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and yeast-based bakery products in accordance with established recipes and production schedules. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients to produce doughs and batters. Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, moulders, provers, and ovens.
