The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking fresh bread and bakery products daily while maintaining Bakers Delights quality and presentation standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare, mix, knead, mould and bake bread, rolls and other bakery products. Follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards. Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers and dough machinery. Monitor dough quality, baking times and finished product presentation. Ensure all products are baked fresh and ready for daily customer demand. Maintain a clean, safe and organised bakery work area. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
