Collaborating on financial and operational due diligence, transaction support, and value capture analysis.Leading planning, data requests, management discussions, client workshops, and deliverables.Identifying potential deal breakers and opportunities in transactions.Recognizing post-deal issues such as capital expenditures, run-rate costs, and transition services.Supporting business development initiatives.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics.MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.1–2 years of relevant experience in external audit, corporate finance, financial reporting, or transaction support.ACCA or CFA candidacy/membership is an advantage.Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English and Russian....
