Overview

As an architect designer, you will work on diverse building and area planning tasks, including renovation and new construction projects, municipal and hospital projects, industrial and commercial buildings.

Depending on your role and experience, you may act as the lead designer or project manager, overseeing the entire design process, coordinating teams, and ensuring project timelines, quality, and budget goals are met. You will lead the design team, participate actively in meetings, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.

The team includes seven architects and one assistant building designer, with experienced professionals supporting client decision-making considering schedules, regulations, and environmental impacts.
