- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, transmission and engine faults.
- Working with GPS guidance systems, telematics and machine control technology.
- Identifying additional repair opportunities and advising customers on preventative maintenance.
- Completing accurate job reports, service documentation and photographic records.
