Job Title: Final Expense Sales Agent (Experienced)
Campaign: Final Expense
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in Final Expense campaign
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for Final Expense insurance.
- Present and explain Final Expense insurance plans clearly and confidently.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Transfer or close calls as per campaign process and targets.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets.
- Follow compliance, script, and quality guidelines strictly.
