Job Title: Final Expense Sales Agent (Experienced)

Campaign: Final Expense
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in Final Expense campaign

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for Final Expense insurance.
  • Present and explain Final Expense insurance plans clearly and confidently.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Transfer or close calls as per campaign process and targets.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets.
  • Follow compliance, script, and quality guidelines strictly.
