• Manage the software development team.
• Regularly leads important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance, and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
• Responsible for developing & reviewing project member software for automation machines to ensure requirement, functionality & expectation are fully covered.
• Develop detailed software design specifications and documentation.
• Join project discussion sessions to provide software perspective in the machine design.
• Recommendation and selection of software related hardware used in the project.
• Must display initiative and ability to work in small multi-disciplinary teams including customers, project managers & software engineers.
• Accountable for project time estimations and delivery schedules.
