Experience Design Associate

Laridae is seeking an Experience Design Associate to join our team. This is a behind-the-scenes enablement role that supports high-quality facilitation and training by ensuring materials, systems, and follow-through are handled with care and consistency.

Working closely with facilitators, you will draft and refine training materials, organize information, maintain templates and systems, and ensure strong readiness before sessions and reliable follow-through afterward. By owning the practical work that makes delivery possible, you help reduce the cognitive load on facilitators so they can focus on working directly with clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking program plans and facilitation designs and ensuring they are fully prepared and ready to deliver.
