Position Summary
The Expense & Travel Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s Travel & Expense (T&E) processes through the Rydoo platform. This role ensures that employee expense reports are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Expense & Travel Analyst acts as the main point of contact for employees, Finance, and HR regarding expense-related matters and provides support on system usage, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations in the Rydoo expense management system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims.
- Review, validate, and approve/reject submitted expense reports according to company travel & expense policies.
