We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, complaints, and requests in a responsive and professional fashion along with Quality support to customer base through updating and resolving issues in a professional manner within predefined SLAs.
