The role involves ensuring all shipment declarations meet regulatory standards and are correctly filed through official systems. Prepare and review export checklists using customs EDI software such as Odex, USOFT, or similar applications. Perform Shipping Bill submissions on the ICEGATE portal and upload documentation through e-Sanchit in compliance with customs requirements. Apply correct HS classifications, confirm shipment values, and ensure documentation aligns with commercial and shipping records. Handle documentation processes including VGM filing, Form 13, and global compliance filings like ENS, ISF, or ICS. Maintain high accuracy standards and support resolution of documentation queries raised by customs authorities.
