**Saint Mary's Hospital** is looking for a **Per Diem** **Exercise Physiologist** to join our mission-drive Cardiac Wellness/Rehab team.
This position is responsible for patient assessment, development of individualized exercise prescriptions, monitoring of exercise programs, contributing to program development and patient education for patients of the multi-phase cardiac rehabilitation and related community outreach primary/secondary prevention programs in the Section of Cardiology. The Exercise Physiologist coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.
