Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our team in a full‑time position serving both Sauk Centre and Long Prairie. In this role, you will play an essential role in supporting patients through cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.As an Exercise Physiologist, you will prepare and supervise patients participating in cardiac and pulmonary rehab programs, including collecting detailed histories of symptoms and previous cardiac or pulmonary conditions. You will also design and implement individualized exercise plans tailored to each patient’s abilities and clinical needs.

  • ScheduleFull-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday – Friday | Various hours between 6:45 am – 4:00 pm Work 3 days per week at the Sauk Centre Hospital & 2 days per week at the Long Prairie Hospital
