Exercise Physiologist

HammondCare is currently looking for an experienced Permanent Full-time Exercise Physiologist to support Aged Care Residents across our residential portfolio at Hammondville (0.8FTE) and Darlinghurst (0.2FTE), NSW.

Looking to develop and implement innovative individualised and group programs that will promote health ageing, reablement and best practice dementia care? Wanting to share your skills and experience with a great care team eager to learn?

HammondCare has formed an exciting internal Allied Health Care Team to work in Residential Care. Whilst having the autonomy to work with residents to achieve the best care outcomes, you will also be part of a broader team of in-house Allied Health professionals working alongside and supporting frontline teams.
