Job Summary



The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the Managing Director. The role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and effective time management by handling confidential matters, scheduling, and coordination across departments.



Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support



With pleasing personality



Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments



Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes



Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion



Screen calls, emails, and messages; prioritize and respond when appropriate
