Executive/Senior Executive (Clarke Quay)

About the job

  • Prepare, print, and distribute pensioner handbooks, forms, and letters; ensure documents are ready for dispatch.
  • Receive and collect completed forms from walk-ins and mail; provide guidance on updating contact details.
  • Collate and input pensioners responses into spreadsheets/systems; maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with pensioners on incomplete or unclear forms; provide clarification and assistance.
  • Verify correspondence and supporting documents; update tracking systems and coordinate mailings.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing external stakeholders is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and resourceful.
