Job Description
- The analyst is responsible for proactively reviewing the accuracy of the reports, monitoring of results, tracking of all initial requested background investigation conducted by 3rd Party Vendor
- Should possess the ability to assess information of observed background investigation results
- Reviews and analyzes on-going and completed BI cases for compliance accordingly with company and process requirement. Sends BI updates to operations/line compliance. Applies problem solving techniques to ensure accurate and BI cases are completed accordingly
- Communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved: Vendors, Business HR, Operations, and Process Compliance in obtaining information needed of BI cases for timeliness and accuracy, assistance to complete the background check investigation...
