Project & Workflow Management

  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking projects, tasks, and priorities.
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Prepare daily SOD/EOD summaries, consolidate priorities, and flag blockers or delays.

Communication & Scheduling

  • Manage inbox by prioritizing messages, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Oversee the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and provide daily/weekly overviews of commitments.

Financial & Vendor Support

  • Track expenses, payments, and reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services, invoicing, and issue resolution.
