A catering company has a position available for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, drive staff training, and oversee menu development and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train kitchen teams to ensure consistent quality and standards
- Develop and manage menus, including bespoke and function catering
- Oversee planning and execution of functions and events
- Ensure food cost control, hygiene compliance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven Executive Chef or senior chef experience in catering or hospitality minimum of 10 years.
- Strong leadership, training, and menu development skills
- Experience with functions and high-volume catering
- Qualification from a reputable chef school
- Own transport and willingness to travel
