A catering company has a position available for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations, drive staff training, and oversee menu development and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train kitchen teams to ensure consistent quality and standards
  • Develop and manage menus, including bespoke and function catering
  • Oversee planning and execution of functions and events
  • Ensure food cost control, hygiene compliance, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven Executive Chef or senior chef experience in catering or hospitality minimum of 10 years.
  • Strong leadership, training, and menu development skills
  • Experience with functions and high-volume catering
  • Qualification from a reputable chef school
  • Own transport and willingness to travel

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
