Should have knowledge for onilne Air ticketing process
Book, issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets
Advise customers on flight schedules, fares, routes, and travel requirements
Handle domestic and international ticketing requests
Process refunds, changes, and ticket revalidations
Ensure accuracy of passenger details and travel documents
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking issues
Maintain booking records and generate invoices or receipts
Follow airline policies, fare rules, and company procedures
