We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining basic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and delivering excellent user support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
