Job Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Assist in planning and monitor daily production and capacity utilization.
RO & Warranty Management: Ensure timely closure of repair orders and handle warranty submissions, parts documentation, and disposal.
Efficiency & Job Control: Track job boards, calculate efficiency, create contingency plans, and standardize service times.
Quality Improvement: Promote kaizen initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Waste Management: Plan and execute waste activities as per regulations.
Tools Maintenance: Audit and maintain workshop tools and equipment; plan purchases as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor Service Advisor (SA) performance and track service campaigns.
5S Implementation: Support 5S practices for an organized workspace.
