Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Support Coordinator to assist the CEO with administrative, communication, and operational tasks. This role requires someone highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who can act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO, managing priorities and handling sensitive matters with discretion and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and appointments, ensuring schedules are prioritized
- Draft, send, and follow up on emails to clients, partners, and other contacts
- Handle invoice preparation and tracking
- Create, update, and organize reports using Google Sheets and other tools
- Assist with task management and tracking using tools like Asana or similar platforms
- Maintain and manage personal and professional contacts
