Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking an Executive Sous Chef – Steakhouse by Alain Ducasse to lead the resort's fine dining kitchen. You will design menus, ensure top quality, and drive high standards across food preparation and presentation.
With at least five years in luxury hospitality and Michelin-star experience, you will manage large teams, mentor staff, control costs, and collaborate with brand partners to create exceptional dining experiences for discerning guests.
