Executive, Sourcing & Supplier Management

Monthly Salary: $5500

• Develop sourcing project scope, operational and commercial requirements, perform sourcing, selection & order management of OEM / Build-to-print / Design & build suppliers to support aerospace engineering project requirements
• Lead in meeting, negotiations and management of suppliers and maintain strong working relationships with their management
• Ensure best practices and compliance with global policies and company procedures
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers to optimize product quality, costs and secure on‑time delivery performance
• Proactive management of supplier risks including anticipation, resolution and communication
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure that the needs across the key business functions such as finance, demand planning, logistics & legal are met
