Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process research applications, progress reports, and enquiries
- Liaise with universities to obtain required information and documents
- Update and maintain databases for management reporting
- Provide general administrative support
- Coordinate logistics, meetings, and travel arrangements for overseas experts
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
- Degree qualification required
- Science / Engineering background will be an advantage
Duration/ Working hours:
3 months contract (Option to extend) (Immediate)
Office hours: 42 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
