Job Summary

• Fully responsible for all types of DEPS (Daily Exception Performance Summary) - internal and external.
• Coordinate with all project in-charges to collect information about DEPS.
• Ensure proper recording of all DEPS within timelines, both internally and at the customer level.
• Maintain client records by reviewing case notes.
• Conduct follow-ups until DEPS closure.
• Utilize analytical skills to prevent DEPS and ensure effective DEPS control.
• Ensure proper information sharing with management for any DEPS on a daily basis.
• Maintain documentation of all loss prevention activity.
• Visit warehouses to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform DEPS Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and submission.
• Manage vendor recoveries and debit notes.
