Summary

  • Executive on the booking to shipping line or agent based on shipment schedule and meeting customer expectation of ETS & ETA
  • Request rate from carriers upon request
  • Coordinate Import and Export freight bookings including Air / Sea (FCL/LCL) / Cross Border Trucking / Inland Clearance & Trucking
  • Check and verify freight invoices

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Update the shipment transit times, delay, advance internally
  • Ensure shipping team proceeds booking with agent/carriers and obtains the booking confirmation on time
  • Enter the shipment data into SAP and logistics systems
  • Update detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports
