Executive/Senior Executive, Global Vessel Operations (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage schedules with internal and external stakeholders, including vessels, in a timely manner
• Handle vessel operations, prioritising safe operations and bunker savings
• Manage communications with the vessel masters, agents, and other stakeholders
• Arrange for bunker, vessel repairs, and the delivery and re-delivery of vessels
• Monitor port situations and information, ensuring minimal vessel idling

Requirements

• Diploma, preferably in fields related to Transportation and Logistics
• 3 - 5 years of experience in liner shipping operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Possess sense of initiative, responsiveness, and good problem-solving skills
