RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Administration

  • Being responsible for general office and operational administration and maintenance, including newspapers, managing office stationery and supplies, first-aid box supplies, etc.
  • Being responsible for supporting and managing the administrative expenses budget, expenses, and reimbursement, including issuing of Purchase Requisition (PR) in the SAP system.
  • Managing invoices which are part of office administration.
  • Corporating with the accommodation management (hotel, housing, Concur & Booking.com).
  • Working closely with a Travel agent (receive feedback & comments).
  • Employee Benefits and Expat Administration
