RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administration
Being responsible for general office and operational administration and maintenance, including newspapers, managing office stationery and supplies, first-aid box supplies, etc.Being responsible for supporting and managing the administrative expenses budget, expenses, and reimbursement, including issuing of Purchase Requisition (PR) in the SAP system.Managing invoices which are part of office administration.Corporating with the accommodation management (hotel, housing, Concur & Booking.com).Working closely with a Travel agent (receive feedback & comments).
