Responsibilities
Responsible to record, circulate, follow up with concerned stakeholders till execution of minutes of the meeting
Manage Travel Arrangements for Chairman & other staff as and when required
Responsible to keep record of confidential agreements and legal documents
Responsible to complete all personal assignments of Chairman
Receive calls, attend visitors and arrange meetings as per schedule or as per Chairman’s instructions
Prepare reports, letters, memos and other official documents as per requirement
Qualifications
People Handling, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail and Interpersonal Skills
Must possess good digital and technology related skills
