The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You'll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including Linkedin, AI tools and own data base.
