Responsibilities
In this role, you will be supporting the Directors and Managers in the effective execution of Culinary and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) sales operations. This role involves strong internal coordination and external stakeholder management to achieve revenue targets while delivering an excellent experience for venue clients and patrons.
Collaborate with the A&P Manager to conceptualize and implement venue advertising and promotional strategies that build a robust sales pipeline and identify new sales opportunities.
Act as a key liaison between internal operations and event services teams and external partners, including advertising agencies, media houses, printing vendors, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support the Culinary Manager in conducting regular inspections, evaluations, and engagement sessions with catering consultants and partners to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
