Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support on overall after sales documentation, status of loan application, co-ordination on signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement & Deed of Mutual Covenant.
  • Complete all sales related documents required to complete the sales process e.g. sales form, letter of offer, letter of part payment, water & electricity forms and other relevant letters and then forward the same to HQ.
  • Focus on purchaser's SPA signing dates, loan application status and operational matters within the sales environment and ensure delivery of functional services.
  • Participate in official launch events on weekends as and when required
