Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site service to customers in a region, assist and support sales team to effectively retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and develop new customers.

  •  Daily technical services support to existing customers

  • Report major customers' chemicals consumption, bath running data and
    competitive information.

  •  Assist sales engineer to retain existing customers' business.

  • Assist sales engineer to develop new customers.

  •  Feedback and report quality issues to the company promptly.

    • Qualifications:

    BSc. Chemistry/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering with 3-6 years of Experience.
