RESPONSIBILITIES/OBJECTIVES

Partner with an Account Manager and team lead to comprehend the specific hiring needs of our client.

Develop a search and communication strategy to target, source, and engage qualified candidates in a pipeline.

Demonstrate emotional and intellectual agility to accurately inform candidates and successfully navigate conversations.
