Job Purpose:

• This role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization related responsibilities, based in HQ

Job Responsibilities:

• OSS KPI monitoring and related optimization in coordination with regions
• Optimization related target assignment and tracking for regional and vendor teams
• Development of Inter-Tech Operability strategy to achieve optimum end-user experience
• Optimization Contract handling, negotiation and finalization of SLA scope with vendor teams
• Spectrum Re-farming related strategy development and execution tracking
• Inter Operator Drive Test Benchmarks to evaluate network standings and develop necessary insight for assurance of competitive edge
