Executive Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for Quantity Surveyors to support our tendering team and project execution. The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, submissions and/or provide QS support for building works projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).
• Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.
• Support tender coordination and submission.
• Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.
